The pictures were taken for a new ad campaign for German fashion designer, Philipp Plein, which Lindsay shot last September in Italy, in between court cases and Playboy shoots and generally being a bit crazy.At the time of the shoot, Lindsay was rumoured to be getting it on with the designer.
